Pakistan’s Kashmir Policy, Objective and Approaches; Seminar at UMT Lahore

LAHORE (04 Feb 2022): In connection with Kashmir Solidarity Day, University of Management Technology in Collaboration with Kashmir Youth Alliance (KYA) on Friday organized Seminar titled “Pakistan’s Kashmir Policy, Objective and Approaches” to highlight efforts by Pakistan towards Kashmir cause.

Chairman Kashmir Committee Shehryar Khan Afridi, President Kashmir Youth Alliance Dr Syed Mujahid Gilani, Senior Analyst Mubasher Lucman, Dr Asif Raza Rector UMT, Dr Shoaib Pervez and Senior Vice President KYA Taha Muneeb were guest speakers.

Shehryar Khan Afridi the way Pakistan’s government and Kashmiris were fighting Indian oppression guarantees that Kashmir’s independence was inevitable. He urged the United Nations to implement its resolutions on Kashmir to resolve the issue and demanded human rights organizations take serious notice of human rights violations in India-Held Kashmir.

Dr Syed Mujahid Gilani said our youth could convince the world to resolve the Kashmir issue through their achievements and strength of character. No one would value us if we did not advance in science and technology.

While addressing the Seminar Senior Analyst Mubasher Lucman, Dr Asif Raza Rector UMT, Dr Shoaib Pervez and Senior Vice President KYA Taha Muneeb criticised and expressed sorrow over the criminal silence of international community over the war crimes and humanitarian crisis in Kashmir, Iraq, Palestine, Afghanistan, Syria and other Muslim countries.
