President Kashmir Youth Alliance Dr. Syed Mujahid Gilani was invited to a conference cum iftar dinner commemorating the sacrifices of the Palestinians and the criminal silence of the world on the genocide of the Palestinians.
Dr. Gilani, among other keynote speakers, highlighted the Palestine issue and drew stark comparisons between the Indian and Israeli hegemony in Kashmir and Palestine. He also pointed out the fact that the Palestinians are resilient and determined and they will not yield to any Israeli tactics that attempt to subdue them. It is upon the world to talk about Palestinians and to understand their plight as it is a crisis of humanity that does not affect the Muslims alone. He lauded Harmeet Singh, well known anchor from the minority community, as someone who has been on the forefront in talking about Palestinians and the heinous war crimes of Israel.
The conference was honored by the presence of MNA Ali Muhammad Khan and former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi.
The conference was arranged by Palestine Foundation Pakistan under the patronage of Dr. Sabir Abu Maryam and Razi ur Rahman Tahir.
