Islamabad (14 Feb 2022): To aware students about Kashmir conflict, Beaconhouse Rawalpindi organized Panel Discussion. President KYA Dr Syed Mujahid Gilani and Kashmir Activist Usman Haidri were panelist.

Dr Syed Mujahid Gilani said India violated the UN Charter, fundamental principles, norms and rules of international law and responsible state behaviour, adding it has neither accepted nor implemented over a dozen decisions of the UN Security Council on Jammu and Kashmir. “For 75 years, India has suppressed the inalienable right of Kashmiri people to self-determination, a right enshrined in the UN Charter and endorsed by scores of international covenants and UN General Assembly resolutions,” he added

He said that the Kashmiri women and young students are writing a new chapter of resistance in human history and worst India oppression couldn’t break their commitment towards freedom movement. Asiya Andrabi, Fehmeeda Sofi and Naheeda Nasreen are symbols of resistance for Kashmir and constant imprisonments could not break their resolve.

Kashmir Activist Usman Haidri said Every Pakistani has a responsibility to speak for our Kashmiri brethren. The youth of Pakistan are dynamic and committed. Dr Syed Mujahid Gilani thanked Ms. Asma Saleem & Mussarat Jehanzeb on organizing Awareness Session for the students.
